Overages on the call volume are reviewed prior to additional fees being charged. If call volume exceeds the selected option for three consecutive months, adjustments may be required. “Special circumstances” are expected with Crime Stoppers Programs.

After bete testing and getting the basic kinks out of our systems, CrimeSceneInformation will have the ability to automatically e-mail phone records. Records will be sent via e-mail starting in January of 2009, if you so request.
We on the Gulf Coast, including Houston and Galveston suffered major damage from Hurricane Ike. This was a powerful storm that tapped all of our resources.
