CrimeSceneInformation is now using Tipsoft V5.0. Sherman wants to say that Kevin Anderson with Andersoft has hit a "home run" with V5.0. The new security measures in place along with added information and better audit trails now makes it easier for management of our call center. After bete testing and getting the basic kinks out of our systems, CrimeSceneInformation will have the ability to automatically e-mail phone records. Records will be sent via e-mail starting in January of 2009, if you so request.
We on the Gulf Coast, including Houston and Galveston suffered major damage from Hurricane Ike. This was a powerful storm that tapped all of our resources.
