CrimeSceneInformation is able to handle the needs of both large and small Crime Stoppers organizations.  We specialize in the handling of only Crime Stoppers programs’ calls.  We are dedicated to the Crime Stopper program and will not outsource our service to any other types of organizations.  We offer a bi-lingual staff, which is fully trained in to provide professional handling of all calls.

 

CrimeSceneInformation utilizes the Crime Stoppers standardized TipSoft program to provide tips in a format all Crime Stoppers organization personnel are familiar.  Sherman Moore, our owner  uses his experience to fully understand the need to keep all technology up-to-date to provide the best possible service to our customers.  To this end he promises to utilize only the most cutting-edge technology to support your Crime Stoppers organization with all available tools for stopping crime.  

We provide you personalized care adapting our procedures to meet your requirements and needs.  However your program requires calls to be handled, simply notify us, and we will ajust to make certain all calls are conducted properly.

CrimeSceneInformation works hard to ensure the integrity of our staff.  All call takers are taught and understand the importance of all information received by Crime Stoppers.  Prior to and during employment with us they all must past extensive background checks, drug screens and sign a confidentiality agreement.

Sherman Moore, Owner
Sherman Moore has been an active police officer in the Bayshore area for more than 25 years. He is also the owner of “S&S Investigations & Security,” which is a family-owned, licensed investigations and private security firm with over 15 years experience in comprehensive investigative and security services. With this experience Sherman understands the importance of the Crime Stoppers Programs. With his experience in Law Enforcement and knowledge of business, he has developed a program that addresses the needs of Crime Stoppers and their association to Law Enforcement
 
Gracie Ontiveros, General Manager
Gracie Ontiveros has over 7 years experience as a Call Taker and Assistant Manager of Information Management Resources, an answering service that specialized in the handling of Crime Stoppers calls.  Due to her experience working at IMR, Gracie is well-trained in managing all the needs of your Crime Stoppers organization.  Gracie is responsible for staffing and training the Call Takers for CrimeSceneInformation, and will also be available to handle all customer service issues that may arise

After bete testing and getting the basic kinks out of our systems, CrimeSceneInformation will have the ability to automatically e-mail phone records. Records will be sent via e-mail starting in January of 2009, if you so request.
